OVERLOOKING A QUIET BAY, our lovely, privately owned 3-bedroom cottage has all the comforts of home including an outdoor HOT TUB! A great vacation getaway.

This fully furnished cottage offers just about everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The cottage interior is clean, bright and spacious with an open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The dining room & living room interior is finished in beautiful tongue & groove white cedar. There are lots of windows to provide plenty of sunlight and fresh air. Laminate wood flooring is throughout the dining room, living room and in each of the 3 bedrooms. The modern 4 piece bathroom includes tub surround, ceramic flooring & shower doors.

The large, newly renovated kitchen has custom pine cabinetry, backsplash, ceramic tile flooring & offers ample cupboard and counter space. This fully equipped kitchen includes a new stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wine chiller. Pots, pans, dishes, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker & utensils are all provided.

The comfortably furnished living room includes a wood burning stove, an entertainment center with a stereo, DVD/VCR & satellite TV. A collection of movies, books, puzzles, & board games are supplied for your entertainment.

Walk through the French doors into the beautiful, new family room for extra living space. The inside of this bright, sunny room is finished in white tongue & groove cedar, a vaulted ceiling with fan, lots of windows, and laminate wood flooring. Relax & enjoy the view from the large picture window that overlooks the water. This room is comfortably furnished & includes a corner fireplace (electric) to add warmth on those chilly fall evenings. The Nintendo 64 & PS2 gaming systems, which are provided for your entertainment on those rainy days, are connected to the 27”colour TV. Sliding doors take you outside to the sunny, waterside deck & patio area.

Outside sit at the water s edge enjoying the sights and sounds of nature at it's best. Imagine summer afternoons spent on the deck listening to music, reading, lounging, or barbecuing. Go out in the paddle boat and spend a summer afternoon having fun paddling on the bay. In the evenings under the twinkling night sky, sit back and soak in the lovely new outdoor 6 person hot tub located on the lower deck. Enjoy the ambiance of summer evenings, gathered around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and to create your own campfire experiences with family and friends. Paddle boat & row boat are included in rental.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: In the nearby town of Tobermory, (13 km) you will find lots of exciting things to do. Try scuba diving, golfing, or take a trip on the glass bottom boat to Flowerpot Island, or maybe a sunset dinner cruise aboard the Chi Cheemaun ferry. There are lots of interesting activities in the area for the whole family to enjoy. Two beautiful sandy beaches (Singing Sands and Dunk s Bay) are just a short ride from the cottage. Singing Sands has a huge sandy beach, public washrooms and a picnic area. The shallow water makes it excellent for wading and swimming. Dunk's Bay has a smaller sandy beach.

For your convenience, there is a bank, grocery store, and LCBO/beer store located in Tobermory.
