Located in the coastal town of Shediac overlooking Shediac Bay with the warmest water north of Virgina is situated a beautiful single storey cottage on a private lot, very peaceful, tranquil. You will be memorized by the ocean view where you will enjoy sailboats sailing on Shediac Bay. The winterized cottage is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, smoke free, with fully outfitted kitchen, microwave, all utensils and cookware you will need for your stay. The view of the water from the large living room with its wall to wall glass is breath taking. The large master bedroom with a queen size bed has a walk-in closet and patio doors giving an ocean view and access to the backyard patio. The living room includes a pull out couch which will sleep 2. The patio and backyard is very private and a 150 meter walk lands you on a sandy beach.

With only 5 cottages in the neighbourhood and warm tidal water its like having your very own outdoor, salt water, swimming pool! Washer, dryer, clothesline, all linens and towels, dvd, cable, are included. The patio with propane BBQ, patio furniture, and large backyard provides you a wonderful place to relax and enjoy absolutely stunning sunsets. The walking/biking trail which is close by provides you direct access to our famous Parlee beach, two marinas, downtown Shediac, 3- par golf and a host of seafood restaurants. The Town of Shediac well known for main street where you will be able to walk to the corridor of lights, enjoy great restaurants, outside café, boutiques, groceries store, small mall, fish market, outdoor jazz festivals, children and adult sailing schools etc. Check in time is Saturday 2 pm.
