Located in downtown Shediac, 2 minute walk to Shediac marina and 7 minute walk to all amenities of Shediac. Suitable for up to three couples, open concept, 2 bedroom executive house with 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. Also has "hide-a-bed" in lower level, 1 queen size bed, 1 double size bed and 1 double "hide-a-bed". Linen and towels supplied. Kitchen with all appliances: Dish washer, cooking utensils, micro-wave, toaster coffee machine etc. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board etc. Dinning area with table and 4 chairs, living room with two sofas, cable tv, dvd, stereo and telephone, propane fire-place. Lower level family room with computer and high-speed internet. Deck with outside furniture and gas barbeque. 10 minute drive to Parlee beach, 10 minute drive to pte. Du chene, where you will find a marina, seafood restaurants and boat tours. Parking for two cars, lots of parking on the street. No smoking and no pets, rents from Friday at 5pm to Friday at noon. 13' Boston Whaler available (extra charge). c&c 34' available (extra charge, although casual sailing available with owner at no charge, depending on schedule). Racing on a Henderson 30 is a possibility depending on schedule and crew requirements.
