This beautiful summer residence awaits you on a very private secluded, peaceful lake frontage, surrounded by wooded acres of trees and the beauty of nature, you will be mesmerized by the water, and it features gorgeous unobstructed view from the outside and its many large windows inside each unit. Great for all family members and kids will enjoy a large area to play in. A picnic table, propane bbq, and lots of chairs for those special nights for barbeque, cooking out, or simply enjoying a fire in the fire pit and enjoying the great view of the water or sitting on the dock listing to the water gently lapping awaiting the sunset, on a peaceful night. This could also be a great spot to bring your canoe, kayak, a speed boat for water skiing. This residence has 4 bedroom's, two being upstairs both with queen size beds and a sofa double bed if needed. Downstairs has also two bedrooms with one with a queen, and the other bedroom with a double, and also a futon double if needed. Both up and downstairs have a very well equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. It has two living room's, on each of the floor, also a full surrounded balcony on the first floor and also another patio for the coming out from the second floor, all linens and towel included, and washer and dryer . Also a trailer that sleeps six if needed will rent for an extra $300.00 for the week. This location is only ten minutes from our two great beaches Aboiteau and Sandy (two last pictures showing both beaches) were you can enjoy the warm water, sandbars.. This is a ideal place for families, and friends to spend a great holiday ! Also the village is only 7kms, from great seafood restaurants, grocery, pizza, bakery, fish market and the wharf were you can dine and watch the fishing boats come and go and you can mingle with the locals . Moncton only 30 minutes, also our Confederations Bridge to P.E.I., Shediac , also make sure to check on my web site to discover all attraction are within a day excursion or less . Rent from Sunday to Sunday , check in time 3pm and checkout at 10am. will be taking bookings until Thanksgiving, beauty at it best with spectacular colours of leaves changing season. Also owner is interested to rent from September to April for month to month. No pets or smoking please. |

Ce beau chalet vous atendent sur vous paisible très privée et tranquille d'un lac de vue magnifique entourant par des acres boisées d'arbres et la beauté de la nature. Une belle endroit pour toute la famille, les enfant peuvent bien s'amuser sur un grand terrain, aussi le grand balcon entourer, avec le BBQ, et du meuble exterieur, une table a picnic, et une place pour faire un beau feu le soir pour ces soiree special avec la famille ou amies , avoir du plaisir à s'assoir sur le quai pour se reposer sur le dock pour entendre l'eau enroulant doucement en attendant le coucher du soleil, une nuit paisible. Consiste de grandes fenêtre et balcon avec des meubles de patio, spacieux, tres proper, - premier etage :une grande cuisine tres bien équipée, micro-onde, ustensiles, les serviettes, literie, TV, satelitte, dvd, foyer propane, avec 2 chambers avec lit Queen. Une salle de bain complet. Deuxieme etage a aussi une cuisine tres bien equipee, salon avec poele a bois, television, deux chambres un avec lit queen et l'autre avec lit double aussi un futon si necessaire, salle de bain complet. Endroit parfaite pour apporter votre canoë, le kayak, un bateau de vitesse pour le ski d'eau selon l'image du propriétaire. Seulement dix minutes de nos deux grandes plages Aboiteau et la Sandy, apprécier la l'eau chaude, beau sable, sandbars ou vous pouvez nager. Le village seulement 7 km , pour beaucoup de restaurants au fruits de mer, épicerie, pizza, boulangerie, marché de poissons et le quai étaient un bon restaurant appeler l'Aboiteau ou vous pouvez manger dedans ou dehors pour observer les bateaux de pvenir et aller et se mélanger avec le local.
