Woody House This lovely modern, woods house is situated in the country -- in tranquil surroundings -- and features a view of the ocean.* It's a nice location for vacationers who wishes to benefit from the great outdoors and the beaches. There are three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms; central air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with utilities ( includes, among other things, a microwave oven,a blender,a mixer, a coffee maker and a toaster). Of the three bedrooms, two come with queen-sized beds and the other, the master bedroom, has a queen-sized bed coupled with two twin beds. There is also one large sofa bed. One of the full bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a jet tub. Amenities include bed linens, towels for the bath and the beach., a washer, dryer, a satellite dish, aTV,VCR&DVD, a portable radio CD player,beach folding chairs,beach parasol. Lots of outdoor amusement are available to the kids and the whole family. There is a large yard with a fire pit, with adirondack chair, a propane BBQ,outdoor burner with lobster pot,a badminton/volleyball net, a swing set and a basketball hoop. For seafood lovers, there are several restaurants and fish markets in the area. For evening entertainment, there is nearby live music and karaoke. The house is 5 minutes drive away from Aboiteau Park(beach), 20 minutes drive to Shediac, 40 minutes drives to Moncton and 45 minutes drive to the Confederation Bridge to P.E.I.. Sorry NO Smoking and NO Pets. Check In is saturday at 4PM. Check-Out is the next saturday at 10 AM. We will supply additional information upon request.

Cette belle résidence modern en bois est située dans la compagne,avec l'entourage tranquille et la vue d'océan. Une agréable location pour plaisancier qui souhait de benifier en plein air et de la plage. Cette rérésidence a trois grandes chambres à coucher, deux salle de bains, climatisé central et une cuisine entièrement équipée de tous vos besoin: y compris et d'autre choses,micro-ondes, un robot,un mélangeur,une cafetière et un grille-pain. De les trois chambres,deux comprend un grand lit chaque, la troisième chambre maître comprend un grand lit et deux lits simple,il a aussi un grand canapé-lit. Des deux salle de bains une comprend une douche et l'autre avec une baignoire-tourbillon. Pour votre confort, inclure les literies,des serviettes de plage et bain,la laveuse,la sècheuse,la satelitte,un TV,VCR&DVD, un combiné protatif a lecteur de CD,des chaises de plage,un parasol de plage.Beaucoup d'amusement pour les enfants et toute la famille, il y a un grand terrain avec un " fire pit" ,avec des chaises adirondack,un BBQ propane,un bruleur propane avec chaudron,un badminton / volleyball filet,une balançoire et un panier de basketball. Pour les amoureux de fruits de mer, il y a plusieurs restaurants et des marchés de poissons dans les environs. Pour les soirée amusement, il a aux proche de la music et du karaoke. La résidence est 5 minutes de conduite au Park Aboiteau, 20 minutes de conduite a Shediac,40 minutes de conduite a Moncton et 45 minutes de conduite au Pont de Conféderation de P.E.I.
