Welcome to the Rand Guest House site! This magical property will provides two large queen size bedrooms and one single bedroom in a quaint farmhouse that was built around 1845. It also has two queen size futton coaches that can be converted to sleeping quarters. The Rand Guest House is situated on the coast of the Minas Basin which is the part of the Bay of Fundy that boosts the highest tides in the world! Some areas have a tide rise and fall of close to 60 feet.

The Rand Guesthouse has many wonderful features. The house is equipped with two full bathrooms, kitchen with pantry and island, dining room, porch, den, 2 master bedrooms with queen beds, one single bedroom which is decorated for a child, and a back chamber room that is equipped with a futon. One of the queen bedrooms is also equipped with a futon in a sitting area that could also be used for a bed.

At the top of the original staircase, there is a beautiful landing area with a large cathedral window which provides a wonderful view of the ebb and flow of the tide.The grounds are well groomed with many local plants, trees, and rose bushes that are native to the area.The 40 acre property also has many scenic areas to walk or hike. It is situated at the mouth of the Pereau River which empty's into an estuary on the Minas Basin coast.
