The Master suite with King Bed, walk-in closet, private bath, TV-DVD and safe. Our Guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds with adjoining bath. The Studio off the Terrace has a set of bunk-beds all bedrooms have Ocean Views. The kitchen if fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and includes a separate laundry room.

The large Terrace has 4 lounge Chairs and a setee set for 6 person and the Wet-Bar and built in gas grill for spending your day's relaxing and enjoying our Fresh Local seafood. Preciosa on The Bay is a Boutique property consisting of only 8 Villas and 2 Penthouses and is very exclusive and quiet. Our beautiful infinity Pool and and large sundeck are just a few steps away. Our maid Maria will service the Villa 2 times per week and all beach towels are included. If your looking for a truly relaxing vacation with views to die for this place is for you.
