Each fully equipped suite includes potable (drinkable), treated, tested water supply, water cooler, large dining table, phone, satellite, TV, DVD-VCR-CD Player Combo, Oil Furnace, pillows, quilts & blankets.

UPPER SUITE (1,300 sq. ft.): Large Living Room, with vaulted beam ceiling and Napoleon propane fireplace, opens out to three season Sunroom and Sundeck, all with panoramic lake views. Sundeck has its own patio furniture and propane BBQ. Large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, Ceiling fans throughout. Brand new large capacity, stacked washer and dryer included. Three bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, plus queen size sofa bed and double Futon couch/bed, separate bath with shower, easily accommodates 8.

LOWER SUITE (1,300 sq. ft.): Scenic lake views from spacious living room with electric fireplace and large, open concept eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. Living Room opens onto furnished stone patio and maturely treed lakefront. Patio has own furniture and propane BBQ. Two full bathrooms + one has double sinks. Three ceiling fans and full laundry room with washer and dryer. Three bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, plus double sofa bed and double Futon couch/bed comfortably accommodates 8.

Other special holiday weeks/weekends in Mid and Low Seasons (Christmas, New Years, Family Day, Victoria Day and Thanksgiving) available at High and Mid Season rates respectively, unless otherwise specified.

Minimum rental period: July/August-One week, Other months-3 Nights.

PAYMENT: Booking Deposit representing 30% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. Balance of rental amount plus security/damage deposit becomes due and payable, not less than 30 days, prior to the first day of the rental period.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $600.00 per suite or $1,000.00 for both suites is also required.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payments may be made by Interac Email Money Transfer (easy and convenient if you have on-line banking), Money Order, Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, or Cash (personal cheques will only be accepted, 60 days or more, prior to the first day of the rental period).
