Fully furnished and fully equipped 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, walk-out basement, 6 major appliances, iPod dock/stereo, BBQ, patio sets, boat dock, fireplace, firepit. Swingset, trampoline, baby gates and highchair for the kids! Bedding and towels provided, all you bring is your food! Sleeps 10 (Maximum 8 adults). Private beach! Summer rates: $500/night, $2,000/week (Sunday to Friday ONLY no exceptions). Winter Rates: $1,100/month + utilities (Available MONTHLY October - May).
