Updated two story, 3-bedroom unit just 200 meters from a private sandy beach where you can relax and enjoy the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait. The beach is for the private use of those from the local cottages and homes. We provide 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to ten people, which is great if you're travelling with another family or with the grandparents. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a double bed. There is also a pack and play crib and stroller for those travelling with small children. The bathroom is fully equipped including a 2-sink vanity. This cottage provides you with a washer/dryer, clothesline, fridge, stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, toaster microwave, coffee maker, propane bbq, and lobster pot with burner, tv/vcr with a satellite dish, and all linens, towels and utensils are included.

The large back deck off the living room allows you to enjoy your morning coffee before heading down to the beach or off for a round of golf at New Brunswick's only 36 hole golf course just 9 minutes away. The yard also provides a fire pit for the kids in the evening to roast some marshmallows or hot dogs. The cottage is non-smoking and we request that you do not bring pets as so many suffer from allergies. This cottage is only 20 minutes from the City of Moncton and 5 minutes to Shediac where you can go pick up some lobster for supper. Or if you would like, plan a day trip to nearby PEI, Confederation Bridge is only a 30-minute drive. Come spend your summer at the beach in beautiful Grand Barachois.
