Canada Select 3 1/2 star newly furnished, bright, sunny and very tastefully decorated cottage. Only 400m to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Northumberland Strait. This beach is private for the use of those in the immediate area. We provide two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with twin over double bunk beds. There is also a new futon in the living room which easily folds open to accommodate two. The bathroom is fully equipped with new tub enclosure. The cottage provides brand new appliances including dishwasher, fridge,stove, washer/dryer/clothesline, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, propane bbq, lobster burner and pot, tv with dvd, vcr, ipod docking station, and satellite dish. Of course, all linens and utensils are included. If traveling with young children, leave your play pen and stroller home. We provide these for you as well as beach toys and towels.

The back yard boasts a large private two tier deck with access off the open concept kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee before heading off to the beach or perhaps to New Brunswick's only 36 hole golf course for a round. We also provide a fire pit with benches and mosquito magnet so you can enjoy the outdoors pest free.

The cottage is smoke free and we ask that you leave pets with a neighbor as so many suffer from animal allergies. We are 20 minutes to the city of Moncton and about 7 minutes to nearby Shediac where you can go to shop or pick up some lobster for supper. If you prefer you can plan a day trip to nearby PEI, where Confederation Bridge is about 45 minutes away.
