Located within walking distance to all the village has to offer; the ferry dock, restaurants, convenience stores, and a beer/liquor store. The island has 2 golf courses and beautiful Big Sandy Bay beach is only a 10 minute drive away. Bring your bikes and tour the island! As well, access to upstate New York is minutes away via a 10 minute ferry ride that takes you to the quaint town of Cape Vincent.

Sunrise house sleeps a maximum of six with two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twins) and a pullout sofa bed. Please bring linens and towels. Fully furnished, with all ammenities including washer/dryer, BBQ and wifi. A 9 foot wide patio door offers a beautiful view of the large, private yard and waterfront from your breakfast table. Enjoy watching the wildlife that lives waterside. Community docking is available nearby.
