The cottage is air conditioned, has 2 color cable tv's, stereo/cd player, new washer & dryer, a screened in patio facing the lake, covered deck off the back, fire pit, charcoal grill, free use of a 12 ft. aluminum Jon boat with oars, anchors and life jackets. There is no phone at the cottage (on purpose), smoking is permitted on the screened in patio or outside please. There is a bar/restaurant on the lake within walking distance of the cottage. And last but not least, the call of the loon and sunsets second to none.

CALL of the LOON Cottage is available year- round with a 3-day minimum. Summer rates apply from April 1st thru Sept 30. Winter rates apply from Oct 1st thru March 31. Should you decide to book a stay with us at Call of the Loon Cottage, it is essential that your deposit be mailed as soon as possible as we cannot hold your dates without first receiving a deposit of 1/2 of total rental amount, (with the remainder due upon arrival). We also require a liability release agreement be signed before occupying the cottage. Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Search the internet for things to do in Gladwin (Glawin County) and West Branch (Ogemaw County). Rates are for 4 adults, additional guests will be $25.00 per person per night extra, for a maximum of 7 - 8 people. Pets are negotiable.
