Privately owned, cozy 1 bedroom condo located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Gulf Highlands is a unique 60-acre community of tastefully decorated and furnished condominiums and townhouses located between Front Beach Road and Hutchison Boulevard f/k/a Middle Beach Road (across from the GULF and away from the traffic!). Gulf Highlands offers the privacy of a gated community with 24-hour security, well-maintained and landscaped grounds, 10 swimming pools (2 heated during winter), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, 18 hole mini-golf course, and just a short walk to the beach, a private beachfront clubhouse with swimming pool. (Due to the Homeowners and Condominium Association Rules and By-Laws we cannot rent to anyone under the age of 25.)
