This 630 square feet cozy cottage has been renovated two years ago. It has one bedroom with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the sun porch. The two couches in the living room also open up where one person each can sleep.

This cozy cottage is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker,wonderful coffee cups, toaster, pots and pans, plates, utensils, an assortement of different wine glasses, a full size fridge which was bought last summer, a propane BBQ, TV (only for DVD and videos), telephone for local calls, portable stereo system The price also includes linen & towels. As you can see, you just have to bring your personnal things!

The bathroom has a new full bath. Outside, there is a big deck that was built two years ago. On the deck, there are about 6 Adirondack plastic chairs and a picnic table. The cottage is a one minute walk from the beach. It is very private, so you will not have any problems finding a place to be by yourself if you want peace and quiet. A few kilometers away, there is also many km of biking trails. Two kilometers away there is the Bouctouche Eco-system. Here you can stroll on the 3.5km boardwalk on the beautiful 12km dune admiring the beautiful ocean scenary. About a 5 minute drive away, there is also a place where you can rent kayaks. This company also has different guided tours in the Bouctouche Bay While in the area, take time to visit the Oliver Soap Factory which is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. You will love the humourous presentation on soap making, and I assure you that you will not want to leave this place without a bar of soap! There is also a musuem that is only a few minutes away heading towards the town of Bouctouche.

People interested in visiting National Parks, beautiful Kouchibouguac National Park is only a half hour away. People wanting to do a bit of shopping, the city of Moncton who is known for its great stores is only 45 minutes away. Also while in Moncton, you can see the world's famous Tidal bore.
