Newly renovated in and out.. everything brand new... even brand new appliances... private beach, family owned... 20 minutes from Shediac... 20 minutes from Parlee beach which is the most popular beach in eastern Canada (maritimes)... 30 minutes from Moncton city.. and 1 and a half hour from P.E.I. confederation bridge. Ice cream shop and convenient store near by... The cottage is not directly on the beach.. It is approximately 250 meter from the water and sand.. there is a small road separating the beach and our cottage.. please keep this in mind... There is a queen size futon in the living room.. this allows a total of 6 people to be able to sleep in our cottage. The bedroom upstairs are small... they are separated by one door.. so basically you cross from one bedroom to the other thru a door. Money will not be refunded when people arrives to the house.
