This executive Beach house is an executive rental. It has huge windows overlooking the water in the front and in the back of the house. The beach is only 70 foot steps from the house. As you enter the first floor, you will be greeted with a very nice entry area. The first floor has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom/den has a sofa bed, its own full washroom with laundry facility and a pool table. This bedroom also has a fireplace. The water view in this bedroom is very beautiful. You also have big windows and your own patio to the hot tub in the backyard. In this bedroom, you also have a 50 inch plasma TV. On the second floor, you will be extremely pleased. The main living area is full of huge windows that permit you to enjoy the beautiful view of the water. On that floor, you also have a propane fireplace and another washroom. The kitchen will take your breath away. It's truly a chef's kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line propane stone, stainless refrigerator and stainless dishwasher. The countertops are very beautiful. They are in granite. This kitchen also has a big island so you can either sit down and relax or have a lot of place to cook your favourite meal. As you are relaxing and/or cooking you can enjoy again the water view. You will be impressed with the view. You will feel like you are surrounded by water. As you enter the 3rd floor and the 3rd bedroom, you will be completely surprised. This whole floor is designated for the master bedroom. In this great and relaxing bedroom you will have an extraordinary view of the water, a beautiful bedroom set, a Jacuzzi tub, a king size bed, a propane fireplace, a set of double sinks, a double ceramic shower and a huge balcony and a smaller one. You will also be impressed with the other 50 inch plasma TV. The house has 6 patios so you can take advantage of the exceptional view of the water and the wilderness. The sunsets and sunrises are very appreciated. In the backyard, you will be able to take a dip in our Hot Tub as you are enjoying again the water view. You can also relax and make a fire in our fireplace outdoors. We also have WIFI.

Weekly rate is 1850$. Weekend rental available also, $250 a night (minimum of 2 nights). No weekend rental during July and August. Off-season weekly rates available during May, June, Sept and Oct. Monthly rental also available. Rental weekly periods during the month of July and August are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is at 3 pm and departure time is at 10 am. Upon inquiring, please indicate the number of families or couples. Also indicate the total amount of adults and children per family. Half of the full amount will be required upon reservation. We also have WIFI. No smoking and no pets allowed. Please be advised that no overnight guest, no parties, no family reunions, etc are allowed.
