Has propane barbecue on deck. The farm house is located on O'Brien's beach in Cassie Cape which is very peaceful and quiet area. 2 minute walking distance to beach. Only 1 hour away from both P.E.I. or the Nova Scotia borders. Shediac is 15 minutes by car. Shopping, golfing, fun parks, etc. are all around. Moncton is 25 to 30 minutes by car.
