Your fully furnished, 4 season, 3 bedroom air-conditioned cottage, located on a large sheltered lot on a canal off the Pefferlaw River, only 55 minutes north of central Toronto, on the south shore of Lake Simcoe, has all the amenities you need, and comfortably sleeps 8.

Whether you are heading out fishing by boat or snowmobile, you will be on Lake Simcoe in about 2 minutes for some of the best fishing (especially Jumbo Perch) in North America. See pictures below for 2 of our satisfied customers showing off their catch in early 2010!

Just bring your boat (up to 28') and dock it at your private dock at the end of your large treed yard with a firepit and gas BBQ. Additional dockage next door is available on request. In the winter we have a ramp to the ice for direct access to Lake Simcoe in about 2 minutes.

You have 2 garages to safely store your ATV's snowmobiles and shanties, or we can show you an excellent fish hut operator right at the end of the road who will fix you up with everything you need.

Clean your fish in your large heated fish cleaning room with steel tables, and then cook them up on your 4-burner Gas BBQ.

Cottage Rental Facilities:
3 bedrooms - 1st with two twins (or 1 king), 2nd with a double, & 3rd with 2 sets of bunk beds. Airbeds available for 2 additional guests. Full 4 piece bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Large living room with gas fireplace, air-conditioner, cable TV with VCR/satellite and a view of the Pefferlaw River. Electric heat, laundry facilities, 4 burner Gas BBQ, 2 garages to safely store your cars, ATV's snowmobiles, shantys or other "toys". Private Dock for a boat up to 28'. Direct access to Lake Simcoe in minutes. Additional docking next door available on advance request. (Sheltered location & docking facility protects your boat from wave damage.) A separate heated fish cleaning room with stainless steel tables and sinks. Just bring your boat, and your own bedding and towels.

$250 per night for up to 5 people
$50 per night per person for over 5 people

SPRING & SUMMER RATES
Weekly Rate: $1,500 per week
Monthly Rate: $4,000 per month
