Charming, lake-front, pine, family owned, cottage on spring fed Lake Leonard in Muskoka (10 km from Bracebridge). 160 feet (50 metres) of lake-front is practically on your doorstep. There’s a large picture window perfect for watching young children or just enjoying the view. The cottage is 700 sq feet with 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds & single bunk beds in 3rd.

Enjoy the lake with a rowboat, paddleboat, canoe &/or kayak . No steep drop offs to worry about as it is 1 meter (3 & ˝ feet) at the end of the dock.

Our southwest exposure gives you sun most of the day with can either be enjoyed from our large deck or brand new dock. The cottage is in the corner of a sheltered bay. No need to worry about huge waves. The comforts of home: telephone, TV, dvd, vcr, stereo, gas bar-b-q, washer, dryer, microwave, stove, fridge etc are to be found. The cottage is attractively furnished with engineered hardwood flooring throughout.

For those marshmallow roasts, you’ll find a firepit at the shore with seating for 6 on Muskoka chairs. You will also find lots of trees on our pie property. located at the bottom of a sheltered bay.

2 week minimum preferred in summer. July & August $999/week (2 week discount of $1,850). Fall $499/week. Security deposit of $350 required.

Close to Santa’s Village & Golf Courses.

Hospital & major shopping are 10-15 minutes away.

Limitations: No smoking or pets. Maximum of 5 people. Nuclear Families preferred. Must supply own linen & towels & drinking water.
