We want to STRESS that this is a camping spot with an OLDER trailer NO running water but steps to the lake. There is ELECTRIC. There is an outhouse and portopotti in the trailer that would have to be emptied in the outhouse.

You will need to remove your own garbage. We will accept cash for rent and there will be a deposit required that will be refundable on exit and inspection. This will be $100.00 The property must be left in the exact condition it was found.

We also have a paddle boat and row boat with oars. There is a BBQ but you will need to bring a propane tank. Deposit is $75.00 in advance.
