This newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage (sleeps 6) on a large landscaped yard is the perfect 3-season get-a-way for families, couples, and sports enthusiasts. Bonnie's Place is a 5-minute walk to a beautiful, private pet-friendly beach on the Northumberland Strait - great for building sandcastles, exploring tide pools, taking walks, and making bonfires. Beach boasts the warmest waters north of the Carolina's.

Just off Highway 6 on the Sunrise Trail, this location also offers many activities away from the beach (see below).

Cottage includes fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, linens, TV, DVD player, stereo and 3 ceiling fans circulating cool ocean breezes. Enjoy a glass of wine from a local vineyard while watching ocean sunsets from the wrap-around porch (with patio set and full-size barbecue). Build a fire in the fire pit or woodstove on cool autumn evenings. Interior has stained wood walls and ceilings making for a peaceful rustic setting. Interior has been newly refurbished. Pets welcome!

  • Day trip to Prince Edward Island (35 minutes to the famous 7-mile Confederation Bridge that spans the Northumberland Strait from New Brunswick to PEI.). 2 hours to Halifax.

  • 10 minutes from a lobster pound and restaurants in the quaint village of Pugwash, including world-famous Seagull Pewter.

    Pet Policy: Travelers with well-behaved and friendly dogs of any size are welcome! (No more than 2 dogs please. Sorry, no cats.). Please clean up after your dog(s) both indoors and outdoors (including on the beach). Sheets are available to cover couches if your small pooch likes to snuggle-up with you. Please no doggies on beds. Due to children and animals in the close vicinity, keep a close watch on your pet(s). Additional flat fee of $15.00 per stay (not per night) applies when you bring 1 or 2 dogs. We look forward to meeting you and your pet!
