Cottage Directly on Lake Champlain!

Pictured is "The Maples", one of three contiguous summer cottages on Lake Champlain on the Missisquoi Bay in West Swanton, Vermont. Located on a private road, each cottage has 60 feet of lake frontage and faces Lake Champlain to the west, for great sunset views. Included in the rental fee is a 14-foot aluminum boat (which is registered for use with your motor) and a 56-foot dock. A 3,600 - pound capacity boat hoist is available for an extra fee. A public boat access is less than one mile away. The beach is a mixture of sand and shale with a gradual drop-off, making it ideal for children. The cottage is just one hour from Montreal, four hours from Boston, and six hours from New York City. Quoted rate is for 2 people Fall/Peak season- extra per person fee of $75 per week applies. Pets considered for extra $50/week fee.
