WOLF CREEK CABIN was completed in July 2006. Situated on over 100 acres with two creeks & lakes and backing onto over 30 miles of Crown land. Enjoy the outdoor amenities of our beautiful location, with the privacy of your own cabin. The cabin is of timber-frame construction, approximately 600 square feet, and features a loft area with queen bed. A fully-equipped kitchen features a full-sized stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. The dining area has a unique handmade table constructed from prehistoric (50,000 years old) Kauri wood imported from New Zealand. Living room with double futon, couch and leather recliner. Full bathroom with large ceramic tile shower and hot/cold water. Separate dining area with gorgeous burled wood table; seats four.

A large wrap-around deck has tables, lounge chairs and two large umbrellas overlooking the meadow and creek. A hammock nearby beckons you for an afternoon slumber, while the gas barbecue grill awaits your freshly caught fish or other local delights. Linens, towels, utensils provided. Gas BBQ grill, wood fire pit with log seating for those evening campfires with s'mores & star gazing! OPEN APRIL THRU SEPTEMBER.

Surrounded by wildlife; we regularly see deer, elk, bald & golden eagles, coyotes and wild turkeys, with occasional sightings of moose, cougars and bears. Unlimited hiking right outside your door on numerous trails adjoining over 30 miles of Crown forest land! Horseback riding, canoeing, whitewater rafting, golfing, ATVing, fishing, hunting, swimming, boating -- all are close by. 25 minutes from Cranbrook; 45 minutes from both Fernie and Kimberly Alpine Resorts. Only a short drive to Lake Koocanusa.
