This spacious family home located in the community of Inverness, Cape Breton is available for weekly rentals July and August. The house has a large eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, TV den, living room, sun porch, 1 full bath (with shower) and 1 half-bath and 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (1 double and 5 single) sleeping 6-7 people. All bedding, linens, dishes, pots, pans etc. are provided. We even keep a supply of beach towels available! The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. A small barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The house is non-smoking. Interior photos are available on request.

The community of Inverness is centrally located in the County on the western side of Cape Breton Island and provides easy access to such outdoor activities as fishing, hiking, canoeing, horse racing, whale watching and golf and is also close to many events celebrating the local culture such as concerts, dances, art exhibitions and museums. Inverness has amenities such as restaurants, pubs, banks, post office, and a hospital.

The house is surrounded by an established garden providing beautiful color and scent throughout the summer. Our location is an easy walk to one of the most outstanding beach areas in Nova Scotia. Inverness beach has Red Cross certified life guards on duty for all of July and August. Inverness County is known as the sunset side of Cape Breton Island and the sunsets at Inverness certainly will amaze you.
