Stunning Black Sterling Villa, located in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country. This 4700 sq ft luxury home comfortably sleeps 12, with 4 bedrooms [master has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens beds], and two separate rooms with queen sleeper sofas. The weekly rental rate is $4,370, including all taxes, during high season, April - October. If the Villa is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night, the rate is $875 per night, including tax, during high season. Off season presents an excellent value, as the villa is $600 per night weekdays and $800/night on the weekends, and $3,770 per week, including tax. Our weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
