This "Olde Muskoka" cottage features a large wrap-around deck overlooking beautiful Lake Rousseau at the mouth of the Indian River with lots of privacy on this well-treed property. A large dock on 700 feet of lake frontage is great for swimming or relaxing in the sun. There is separate docking for guests' boats up to 21 feet in length.

Inside there is a good-sized kitchen with table seating for 8 or more. The large comfortable living area has a stone fireplace and double sliding doors opening out onto a spacious screened-in porch where the view of the lake is fabulous. Two bedrooms, having one double bed in one and a queen in the second are located on the main floor. A small spiral wrought-iron staircase winds up to the second floor where two charming bedroom are located. One consisting of two double beds and the other with a double bed and set of bunk beds. The Guest Cottage has sleeping for six.

There is plenty of parking very close to the cottage. One can walk down a gentle slope to the cottage, guest cottage or to the dock at the water's edge. You can boat or drive just a few minutes into picturesque Port Carling. Activities abound in the area, including golfing, shopping, dining, hiking, lots of boating and a trip to Santa s Village.
