Kitchen table seats 4.We are beachside! The only thing between the resort and beach is a scenic marsh via a 300-yard private boardwalk. Only a 5-7 min. stroll! No crossing streets and no sharing with other communities! Full-service cabana with bathrooms directly on the beach open peak season. WEEKLY rentals all year round (Sat-Sat): $595 off-season period (Sept through April). $750 peak season (May Memorial Day week through Aug). $85 cleaning fee is add'l. Linens and taxes included in rates. We also have monthly snowbird specials (Sept-May) $995/mo. inc. 1st week linens, utilities, taxes. $95 cleaning fee is add'l. Booking/Policy: $100 deposit required to hold your reservation. We accept major credit cards or you may simply mail us a money order or check. At least *thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, the balance is due. Upon full receipt of your payment (and check has cleared), we then mail you a Visitor's Package with your parking pass, key code, driving directions, etc. We will refund your deposit if you cancel at least 45 days in advance; however, after that time NO refunds are issued. Note: Credit can be used toward another booking if used within 12 months.

Resort Amenities: All amenities are FREE to renters such as tennis courts, racquetball, heated pool, outside pools, sauna, hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise room, bike lanes in front of property which runs parallel to island. Villa has TV with 7 HBO Channels, DVD-CD player-VHR combo, extra TV in Master BD, phone and furnished kitchen. -Community is gated with 24-hour surveillance. -Designated picnic area with grills. -Internet dialup (phone line in unit) OR visit our Onsite Internet cafe (fee- based). -Garage parking is not assigned but if available, feel free to park in them. Meeting Room onsite requires reservation (no fee and based upon availability). We are a beach-side resort (no crossing streets and our 300-yard boardwalk is not shared with the general public). Full-service cabana with bathrooms and a horseshoe pit on beach.
