Also includes deck furniture with plenty of chairs, propane BBQ, 2 picnic tables and a large fire pit supplied with fire wood overlooking the river. Has a tedder ball game, washer game and a volleyball/badminton net to play for the kids.

Also in yard has a 12 ft. X 20 ft. guest house with 2 sofa beds, local cable t.v., dinning table and fridge. Ideal for kids to have their own private cabin to sleep, play games etc. Also has a 4 person paddle boat to use. Rents on Saturdays for $650. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. Daily price is $100. Deposit of $325 at time of booking with remainder due at arrival at cottage. No Smoking.
