Also in yard has a 12 ft. X 20 ft. guest house with 2 sofa beds, local cable t.v., dinning table and fridge. Ideal for kids to have their own private cabin to sleep, play games etc. Also has a 4 person paddle boat to use. Rents on Sundays for $650 - $850/week. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. Daily price is $125. Deposit of $325 at time of booking with remainder due at arrival at cottage. No Smoking.
