Papayas House is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Home. Furthermore you have 1 Single Bed in our Office room. The house has aprox. 850 sqft. indoors and 300 sqft. veranda. The masterbed is a king size bed with memory foam mattress, which makes you feel like sleeping on a cloud. The bedroom and the living room have separate air conditions (split system - very quiet). As recently a media area was added you have now living, dining and kitchen in one. The kitchen is equipped with gas cook, small toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There are all linens & towels in the closet. The iron, board and washer in the pantry beside the kitchen. A brand new huge GAS BBQ GRILL was added recently to the outsides for enjoying the garden and grill hang out. In the office room you have wireless DSL-Internet & Telephone. Also there is satellite TV and a DVD PLAYER with lots of Games like Nintendo and a stereo in the media area.

The views are stunning! Views from the porch of course but also from the couch in the Living room. You can see sailboats passing by, or 3 times a week the ferry boat from nassau coming to Governors Harbour. Its well located on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera, overlooking the ocean and only a short walk to the pink sanded beaches. 4 Miles to the capital of Governor's Harbour and 5 miles to the airport of Governor's Harbour right in the middle of the island.
