Take your family on a perfect holiday on the shores of beautiful Clear Lake. This newly renovated, 3 bedroom cottage sits on its own 100ft of private waterfront. Enjoy the sounds of the loons in the early morning and watch the sun rise as you sip your coffee from the deck overlooking the lake.

"Forever Young" cottage has three bedrooms and is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you require for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The lake is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and watersports. There is even a slalom coarse across the bay for avid skiers!

WATERFRONT: The boathouse boasts a large, flat, roof-top for sitting & sunning with an additional lower deck/dock at the water's edge. There is also a floating swim raft anchored out from the boathouse. The rental rate includes the use of a canoe and a rowboat (some lifejackets are provided).

LOCATION/AREA ATTRACTIONS: The cottage is located only 10-15 minutes to Huntsville and within driving distance to Arrowhead Provincial Park as well as Algonquin Park. There are many brochures and pamphlets of area attractions in the cottage. For the golf enthusiast, there are many excellent golf courses close by.

RATES: Rates are based upon 5 person occupancy, additional guests are permitted with the owners approval at $20/night/person (up to a max. of 8 people).
High Season: $1200/week (June 15-Sept 11/09)
Off Season: $900/week (May-June 14 & Sept 12-Oct 31/09)
Holiday Weekends: $550 Weekends: $375

PAYMENT: 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival (also $100 damage deposit required)

AMENITIES: Linens: bring your own or we can provide this service for $30/week (make request upon booking) -Beds; one queen, one double, two twins (bunks) & one queen pull-out.

Water: there is a water cooler - bring your own 18L jugs

TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD player, water cooler, propane BBQ, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, comforters, blankets, pillows, deck furniture, , deck, boathouse, firepit overlooking the lake
