There is a beautiful view of the South Fork Valley Meadows and Warner Mountains. Fishing is abundant in the area. The home has one Queen Bed and two twin beds, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Perfect for a quiet retreat in beautiful Modoc County. We have a cookhouse on the ranch and can prepare meals for you, or you are welcome to use the kitchen in the guest house.
