Luxurious Large Villa with Fantastic Lagoon View
Fantastic lagoon view from tastefully appointed one bedroom villa on Kiawah Island, S.C. 10 miles of beautiful beach, 5 golf courses, tennis and 30 miles of bike paths. The villa is light and airy and has a crisp feeling. It is pristine clean, and many Honeymooners have shared this villa. The villa has a large screened porch that overlooks the lagoon. There is an electric grill on the porch which makes grilling out so simple. There is a large kitchen which is nicely appointed. There is a kitchenette which overlooks the lagoon. The living room has a color TV, VCR CD/Tape player. The wet bar has a blender and lovely wine glasses. There is a comfortable queen size sleep sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large bath. There is a washer and dryer in the villa. All linens and towels are furnished including beach towels. 2 Beach chairs are included. The owners live within 20 miles of Kiawah Island in case you have needs. The villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. This villa is about a 7 minute walk to the beach and is on a lovely part of the Island.
