These luxurious resort vacation rentals are located at Sea Trail Resort and Oyster Bay Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina AND ARE ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH - a five-minute drive "door to door". They overlook one of the resort's three signature golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones) or are on the world renown Oyster Bay Golf Course.. Sea Trail and Oyster Bay are located three miles from Calabash, NC, ten miles north of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 50 miles south of Wilmington, North Carolina. Our condos have all the amenities of home and are great places for family get-togethers, honeymooners, and vacationers alike.

Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. The Grand Strand area hosts numerous "Live Entertainment Theaters" featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating and spectacular "Western" shows. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as "the Branson of the South."

Sunset Beach is easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM.

* Reservations/Cancellation information - A $300 deposit or 30% of the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less than 30 days prior to your arrival.

* You must be 25 years of age or married to rent our condos.

Linens are provided along with salt, pepper, various herbs and spices, trash bags, liquid bath and hand soap, Kleenex, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Many books, magazines, and movies are also onsite for your reading and viewing pleasure. A number of cookbooks are available for those evenings when you feel like preparing your own meal, and dining in.

A restaurant guide is available in most units with menus from numerous local restaurants. The area has restaurants featuring the following cuisines: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian. Any palate can be satisfied. All major restaurant chains are also available including Subway, Fuddruckers, McDonald's, Hardee's, Outback Steakhouse, K&W Cafeteria, Jackaroo's, and Bob Evans.

Unlimited local calls are included with your rental. Long distance calls should be charged to a calling card. Unlimited local internet access, beach chairs, and single rollaway beds are available for a nominal fee.

Holiday rates and pet rates may be more than those listed above.

Yes, we are pet friendly. However, we allow pets in select units only and these units are limited. We appreciate what an integral part of people's lives pets are (us included) but at the same time, we also are aware that others have pet allergies. For this reason, pets (mostly small dogs) are allowed in select units only. If you have allergies, let us know and we won't put you in a unit where pets have been.
