The main house contains four bedrooms and baths, a fully equipped kitchen, two sitting rooms with TV/VCR/DVDs, dining room tables seating sixteen, and four adjoining porches. The main porch off the dining room is screened, a pleasant location for morning tea or afternoon puzzles.

The crofter (a smaller version of the main house) contains one bedroom and bath, sitting area with Tv/vcr, an efficiency kitchen, and adjoining screen porch. Below the crofter is an outdoor shower - a perfect place to wash away the sand from your feet. Outside is a gas grill, two golf carts (four and six passenger, with seat belts), ten bicycles, and wonderful views of the golf course, maritime forest, and ocean. Conveniently located near the Golf and Shoals Clubs, a temporary membership is available (includes golf, pool, and dining privileges). The nearest beach access is only a short walk away. Miles of quiet beaches stretch in both directions - a small slice of heaven in North Carolina.
