Three bedroom 1250 square ft. house; two bedrooms with queen size beds, other bedroom with bunk beds for kids and a queen futon if needed. All large bedrooms with closets and dressers.
Kitchen fully supplied with dish washer, all modern appliances, micro-wave, toaster, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Island to have breakfast or prepare meals. Oak cabinets. Dinning area with table and 6 chairs.
Nice full 4 pc. bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and basin. Washer and dryer, ironing board.
Living room with sofa and chairs, cable tv.,dvd player. All ceramic and hardwood flooring.
Deck in back yard with gas bbq., and baby barn with one bed and fire pit. Landscaping to be completed before season starts.
Parlee beach is right there, a 3 -5 minute walk to water with all it has to offer our tourist. Valley Ball courts, restaurants, boutiques, washrooms, canteen area, life guards and more. Parlee beach is well known for its warm waters and it's fine sandy beach.
Located only minutes by car to Downtown Shediac our tourist destination, boutiques, fine seafood restaurants etc.
The Pte. du Chene Wharf nearby where you can see the Lobster boats come and go, boat tours, marina, entertainment. Great place to view sunsets or try your luck fishing off the dock or socialize with the local people.
This home has good accommodations, close to Eastern Canada's finest beach, very clean and maintained.

The Confederation Bridge to PEI. is 50 minutes by car and would make for a good day execution for all.
