This home was purchased for my elderly parents so that they could spend winters next door to my husband and me. My father passed away shortly after we purchased the home and my mother will not leave her home now. We live next door, love it here, and you will too. Anything you need, we can probably help you get. This is a street of million dollar plus homes. We are dog-lovers. Many rental units do not allow pets. We will - but of course it must be a wonderfully-behaved, clean dog. While the yard is partially fenced now, it can be completed easily.

The beautiful blue waters and white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico are a block and a half from your front door. Belleair Beach is a PRIVATE beach community that is peaceful and quiet yet only minutes from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Clearwater Beach. A beach access is just down the street where many neighbors walk nightly to enjoy the sunset or you can simply step foot out onto the dock. It is peaceful and beautiful here. There are no high rises, only beautiful homes and two story condominiums. This 3 bedroom home is very roomy with two additional "Florida rooms". The yards are spacious.
