One bedroom cottage situated in the middle of the 1000 Islands waiting for you to come and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in Ontario. Great fishing, golfing, live theatre along with many wonderful restaurants, bicycle and hiking trails. You will enjoy the many islands and parks to explore in your boat. Central to Ottawa and Morrisburg (Upper Canada Village) and 3 miles from the 1000 Islands Bridge for shopping in the U.S.A.

Cottage is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and pots and pans, 4 piece bath, double bed in bedroom and pull-out daybed in living area. Satellite T.V. Comforters and pillows only supplied. Docking available for those with boat, kayak or canoe. Boat launch available on property. Swimming from dock. Gas barbecue available on large deck. Screened in gazebo available for evening outdoor enjoyment. Please bring sheets, towels, tea towels, insect repellent, condiments, sunscreen, recreational equipment such as swimming gear, PFDs, radio, cd players, paper towels and any groceries you need. The cottage is not equipped with a telephone so a cell phone may be in order.

Policies: All rates are based on a maximum of 4 people. Rates are in Canadian Dollars and require a minimum of 6 nights. For weekly rentals, the week runs Saturday to Saturday. When the reservation is made, a personal cheque for $250. must be sent to Al. Dunn, 54 Kerry Point Road, Mallorytown, Ontario K0E 1R0 to hold your reservation. The balance of payment may be made one month prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation after this time will result in your deposit not being refunded. Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged. There is a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted on the property at any time. You are responsible for any damage to the cottage during your stay.

Directions: One mile east of Rockport on the 1000 Islands Parkway, turn towards river at Narrows Lane Road, then left on Kerry Point Road. Drive 3/4 mile and turn left at 54 Kerry Point. Happy Holidays!
