Lower level two bedroom, self-contained condo fully equipped, clean and comfortable for someone who wants to enjoy the St. Lawrence River and 1000 Islands. Great fishing, golfing, live theatre, wonderful restaurants, bicycle and hiking trails along with many wonderful islands and parks to explore in your boat. Central to Ottawa and Morrisburg (Upper Canada Village) and 3 miles from the 1000 Islands Bridge for shopping in the U.S.A. on those days when you feel like being a tourist.

The condo is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and pots and pans. A 4-piece bath along with two bedrooms equipped with double bed. Comforters and pillows supplied. Satellite T.V. and gas barbecue for lazy summer fun. Screened in gazebo available for evening outdoor enjoyment. Swimming from large dock. Boat launch on property and docking available for those with a boat, kayak or canoe.

Please bring sheets, towels, tea towels, insect repllent, condiments, sunscreen, recreational equipment such as swimming gear, PFDs, radio, C.D. player, paper towels and any groceries you need. The condo is not equipped with a telephone, so a cell phone may be in order.

Policies: All rates are based on a maximum of 4 people. Rates are in Canadian Funds and require a minimum of six (6) nights. For weekly rentals, the week runs Saturday to Saturday. When the reservation is made, a personal cheque for $250. must be sent to Al. Dunn, 54 Kerry Point Road, R.R. 2 Mallorytown, Ontario. K0E 1R0 to hold your reservation. The balance of payment is due one month prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation after this time will result in your deposit not being refunded. Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M. unless otherwise arraigned. There is a no smoking policy in the condo and pets are not permitted on the property at any time. You are responsible for any damage to the condo during your stay.

Directions: One mile east of Rockport on the 1000 Islands Parkway, turn towards river at Narrows Lane Road, then left on Kerry Point Road, drive 3/4 mile and turn left at 54 Kerry Point. Happy Holidays.
