A Little House in the Big Woods
Spacious two story vacation chalet with knotty pine walls, beam ceilings and a large cozy rock fireplace. The home offers 5 separate sleeping areas; 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen sofabed. Sleeps 12. All bedding is furnished Linens/towels, blankets, pillows, wash cloths, dish towels. Renters bring their own personal items, paper towels,napkins,toilet paper,shampoo,bar soap, washing machine detergent. Kitchen wrap etc.There is a Trolley & Bus shuttle service that picks up passengers at 10th & Glorene Streets, two blocks from the chalet. A great way to tour the Tahoe basin, Beaches and Casinos!

close to Lake Tahoe, Camp Richardson beach, Emerald Bay. and the best
restaurants,,casinos and shopping districts. A ten minute drive from Heavenly
Valley Ski Resort and 20 minutes from Sierra Tahoe Ski Resort near State Hwy.
50. Two hundred miles from the City of San Francisco a five hour drive and
"The Biggest Little City of Reno Nevada and hour and half drive. Public
transportation plus Tahoe/Reno Airports.

Weekend $525 + tax
Add $85 + room taxes for each additional night.

A $200 Reservation/security deposit is required with all rentals. Regular
house cleaning service is provided on the last day after departure.
Exception: To receive full security deposit refund, renter's are required to
do all kitchen cleaning. Pot,pans,dishes,stove top,ovens,counter
tops,refrigerator,floor,etc. Cleaning agents and equipment are supplied.
Owner's furnish all bedding,linens,towels,wash clothes, dish towels and
detergents. Renters furnish their own personal items such as: Paper towels,
toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, kitchen wraps, washing machine detergent, etc.
Policies for Pets & Smoking:
Pets, may be allowed with owner's approval. An additional pet fee and deposit
will be required. Owners request renters to smoke outside the home please!
