During July and August, preference is given to weekly rentals ( Saturday to Saturday). Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.. Check out time is before 10:00 a.m.. We can be flexible with check in and out times except during July and August. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment in full is required upon your arrival. There is a 10% longer stay discount for any additional weeks - 3 weeks and up.
