Beautiful small house newly renovated for rent located in Caissie Cape approx 20 min from Shediac (Parlee Beach) and 20 Min from Bouctouche (Pays de la Saguine). The house (cottage) is located approx 300 meters from the beach. The beach is privately owned by my family and is very private. There is a paved road which separates the cottage from the water so the cottage is NOT directly on the water. The beach is an approx. 30 seconds walk. Washer, dryer, dvd player, fire pit, BBQ, microwave, towels, plates, soap, stove, washer, dryer, etc etc etc. It is small house and the 2 bedrooms are small but comfortable and they are inter joined meaning that there is only a door separating the 2 bedrooms.
