A house on former coffee plantation which has been converted into a gated community of several expat. In a very secluded rural setting (a rented car would be necessary to reach it, and give you access to other activities). It is located between 2 rivers popular with rafters, about 1 hour drive from the Caribbean coast (and beaches). The house is brand new (you would be the first ones to use it). $40 per night, $200 per week, $500 + utilities per month, payable on arrival.
