We have a comfortable, nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in a secure 16 unit building with pool and garden area. The kitchen is very well equipped with eating area inside or outside on the patio. Both places have ceiling fans. There is a queen sized bed, large closet and A/C in the bedroom, with a pull out couch in the living room for an extra person. Weekly maid service is included and there are laundry facilities on site. WiFi Internet for a small fee.

Our condo is a five minute walk to beautiful Samara Beach, one of the safest beaches for swimming in Costa Rica. There is a small store and restaurants nearby, or it is a 10 minute walk to the beach town of Samara where you will find restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities. No need to have a car!

Enjoy the natural beauty. Snorkel, surf, horse back ride, walk the beach or just lay back in the sun. Learn to speak Spanish at the Intercultural Institute nearby. The choice is yours....

It is also a great location if you are looking for a place to live while you are building a home in the area.
