All Linens are included for each stay.

Rates: June 1st - 20th and September $1700.00 per week and June 20rd to June 27th is $2200.00 for the week and June 27ths thru September 4th $2500.00 per week. October to May $1400.00 per week. Fall, Spring and Winter minimum 2 nights $350.00 per night plus $150.00 for each additional night. Holiday Weekends have a premium. Maid service for all guests is required($150.00) includes Linen and Cottage Cleaning. Security Deposits are required for all guests ($500.00).
