June 1st -to middle June, and September $1800.00 per week. Middle June is $2400.00 for the week, last week in June thru 1st week of September $2800.00 per week. October to May is $1500.00 per week. Mid season June and Sept is $800.00 per weekend. Fall, spring and winter minimum 2 nights $700.00, plus $150.00 for each additional night. Holiday Weekends have a premium. Cleaning Service for all guests is required, includes linen, and final Cottage Cleaning. Security Deposits are required for all guests.
